3. Booking Terms

  1. Appointments

    • All bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your total balance at the time of service.

    • Appointments can be made through the website, by phone, or in person.

  2. Patch Test Policy

    • A patch test is recommende for new clients at least 48 hours before their appointment. 

  3. Cancellations and No-Shows

    • Cancellations made with less than48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

    • Failure to show up for your appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee.

4. Services and Policies

  1. Refills from Other Studios

    • Due to the inconsistent quality of lash application, Alluriti Ltd does not provide refills on work performed by other salons. A full removal and new set will be required.

  2. Hygiene and Health

    • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving services.

    • If you arrive with contagious illnesses or conditions (e.g., cold, pink eye), your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion.

  3. Service Satisfaction

    • Services are non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns appropriately.

5. Payment

  • All payments are due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, and digital payments. Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory.

  • Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

6. Liability

  1. Service Risk

    • Alluriti Ltd is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from services if all required disclosures were not made during the consultation.
