​​What is Brow Lamination?

Brow Lamination lifts, smooths and realigns your natural brows to create a fuller, fluffier, more defined look. Ideal for unruly brows, gaps, or achieving that sleek brushed-up style. Results typically last 6–8 weeks.

What is Brow Lamination with Shape & Tint?

This treatment includes the full brow lamination plus:

  • A custom tint to enhance colour and definition

  • Professional shaping using waxing or tweezing
    Perfect for clients wanting a complete brow makeover.

What is a Lash Lift & Tint?

A Lash Lift gently curls your natural lashes from the root, giving the appearance of longer, lifted lashes without extensions.A tint is added to darken the lashes for a mascara-style finish.Results last 6–8 weeks.

What are Classic, Hybrid, and Russian Volume lash extensions?

Classic Lashes

  • One extension applied to one natural lash

  • Soft, natural, mascara-like finish

Hybrid Lashes

  • Mix of Classic + Volume fans

  • Fuller, fluffier and more textured look

Russian Volume Lashes

  • Ultra-light handmade fans applied to each lash

  • Dramatic, dense, luxurious finish

  • Ideal for clients wanting maximum volume or who have sparse natural lashes

How long do lash appointments take?

  • Classic Full Set: 1.5–2 hours

  • Hybrid Full Set: 2 hours

  • Russian Volume: 2–2.5 hours

  • Infills: 45–75 minutes

  • Lash Lift & Tint: 45–60 minutes

  • Brow Lamination: 45 minutes

  • Brow Lamination + Shape & Tint: 45–60 minutes

How often do I need lash infills?

  • Every 2–3 weeks is ideal to keep your lashes full and fresh.Infills beyond 3+ weeks usually require a full set.

What is required for an infill?

  • To qualify for an infill, you must have 40% or more lash extensions remaining.If less than 40% is left, a full set will be required to maintain quality and uniformity.

  • No — we only infill our own work.
    This ensures consistency, safety, and better retention. A removal + full set is needed if your lashes were done elsewhere.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.The remaining balance is paid at the studio on the day of your treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?

To avoid losing your deposit, cancellations or rescheduling must be made 48 hours before your appointment.Late changes or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.Late arrivals that cannot be completed will result in the deposit being lost.
