Appointment Policies

​

  1. Booking​

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment.

  2. All appointments must be booked online or by phone. Walk-ins are accommodated based on availability.

  3. Patch Test

    • A patch test is required for all new clients at least 48 hours before their appointment.

    • This test ensures there are no adverse reactions to our products.

    • Appointments cannot proceed without a completed patch test.

  4. Cancellations

    • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

  5. No-Show Policy

    • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and be charged the remaining balance of the service fee.

 

Refills Policy

  1. Refills from Other Salons

    • Due to the inconsistent nature of lash and application quality, Alluriti Brows and Lashes Studio cannot offer refills on work performed by other salons.

    • If you have lash extensions from another salon, a full removal and new set will be required.

 

Arrival Policies

  1. Punctuality

    • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

    • Late arrivals will still be charged the full service fee.

  2. Guest Policy

    • For safety and comfort, only clients with appointments are allowed in the studio.

    • Please arrange for childcare as children are not permitted in treatment areas.

 

Hygiene and Health

  1. Pre-Appointment Preparation

    • Arrive with clean lashes and brows for optimal results. Avoid makeup, oils, or lotions near the treatment area.

    • For lash extensions, please avoid wearing mascara 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  2. Health Conditions

    • Notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.

    • Clients with contagious illnesses (e.g., colds, pink eye) must reschedule their appointment.

 

Refunds and Touch-Ups

  1. Refunds

  • Services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

  1. Touch-Ups

  • Lash and brow touch-ups must be booked within 2 weeks of your original appointment to qualify for a discounted rate.

 

Payment and Pricing

  1. Payment

  • All major credit cards, cash, and digital payments are accepted. Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  1. Deposit Policy

  • The deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from your total on the day of service.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

 

General Studio Policies

​

  1. Environment

  • Our studio is a relaxing, distraction-free environment. Please silence your phone during your session.

  • Clients who disrupt the atmosphere may be asked to leave.

  1. Liability Waiver

  • All clients must sign a liability waiver before receiving treatments.

 

Promotions and Loyalty Programs

  1. Discounts and Offers

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.

  1. Loyalty Program

  • Earn points for each service to redeem discounts on future appointments. Ask our team for details!
